Here are the steps involved:
1. Click on the name below of the person providing support.
2. A window will open asking you to download a file – Click on either Run or Open.
3. You may receive another security window verifying that you want to download the file – Click on either Run or Open again.
4. A Network Streaming window will open and click on “Yes, Grant Full Control”.
5. The support person will then receive a notification and can then remote into your computer.
